How to disable allow the computer to turn off this device to save power

1. Open Device Manager.
2. Under Universal Serial Bus Controllers, Right click Intel USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller.
3. Click Properties.
4. Click Power Management.
5. Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
6. Click OK.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 for the USB Root Hub (USB 3.0)
