Add Tympanometer IR Receiver as a feature Windows 10

1) Install the IrDA Infrared from the optional features

        Right click Start –> Apps and Features –> Optional Features –> Add Features –> IrDA Infrared

                                  It is installed online, so be sure to have internet access!

2) Reboot your system or unplug then plug-in the IR Receiver.

3) IR Receiver should be detected and flashing now
